Delivery & Returns
We will always strive to ship orders placed between Monday to Friday before 1pm the same day, or the next working day if the order is placed at the weekend (excluding a small number of products).
- Delivery is charged at £4.99 on orders below £50 and is free thereafer
- We will aim to deliver your goods between 3 – 5 working days of you placing your order
- We offer international shipping to Europe and USA & Canada, however, there is a cost of £9.95 to Europe & £14.95 to USA & Canada
- All deliveries require a signature. We are happy to deliver to a work address if this makes things easier for you
If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase we will give you a full refund, or replacement, with no hassle and no fuss. All we ask is that you return the item within 14 days and that you return the item in its original unused condition. (unless there is a defect with the product).
To arrange a return or refund it would be really helpful if you could contact us first, as there may be circumstances where it may not be necessary for you to go to the inconvenience of returning the product. You can either call us or email us, as follows:

- Please note, we will not cover the cost of returning the item to us unless we have agreed to do so in advance. For all returns, we advise using Royal Mail recorded delivery, as we cannot responsible for items you return to us that do not arrive.
- We are happy to exchange items, for example, in a different size, if you return the item to us within 14 days of purchase. Please follow the returns procedure above.
- For returns, exchanges and/or refunds, items must be complete and in their original condition, unused and unmarked and complete with original packaging and any relevant labels.
