Stephanie is Director of Operations at Packmate, a space-saving and organisation solutions company. Packmate are a producer of vacuum storage bags designed to save space and help you organise your home and travel storage.

As the Director of Operations at Quartermaine brand, Stephanie has experience working with several brands. Stephanie can provide commentary on storage, organisation, home & car care, HVAC, supply chains, logistics, and business operations.

With over 10 years’ experience, she specialises in building and managing complex supply chains for high-volume B2B clients across the UK and Ireland. Her expertise includes capacity planning, multi-site logistics, 3PL integration, and systems optimisation, with a focus on delivering efficient, cost-effective operations.

Stephanie leads supply, account management and customer experience for national B2B accounts in the Home & Garden sector, as well as eCommerce marketplaces. She has also led the expansion into direct-to-consumer (DTC), enabling brands to scale and engage customers more directly.

She also provides consultancy to SMEs on operations, supply chain strategy, and customer experience.
